2022 Art-A-Whirl
NE Minneapolis Art's District, May 20-22nd
Art-A-Whirl is the largest open studio tour in the country, which happens annually throughout Northeast Minneapolis the third weekend of May.Over 1,000 NEMAA member artists, galleries, and businesses participate across all of Northeast Minneapolis at over 60 locations.
2019 McKnight Visual Artist Fellows Discussion
Minneapolis College of Art and Design, May 24th 9AM
The Minneapolis College of Art and Design is pleased to present the McKnight Discussion Series featuring Janet Dees, curator of modern and contemporary art at The Block Art Museum, Northwestern University, in conversation with McKnight 2019 fellows Leslie Barlow, Mary Griep, and Melvin R. Smith. This event is free and open to the public; all are invited to attend.

Time Lines Group Show
Minnesota Center for Book Arts, May 26–July 30
TIME LINES, an exhibition featuring members of our Artist Collective, weaves together personal and generational timelines with natural and societal timelines, including the recent pandemic. The exhibition itself is also an expression of time—a particular timestamp in these artists’ creative lives.
