Installation: Healing Garden for Healthcare Facility

Last week, we installed commissioned work by local artists in an urban hospital’s healing garden. For this project, we translated a canvas into a mural on brick, and installed a sculpture alongside it. The aluminum leaves of the tree complement the North Shore landscape to create a calming and cohesive environment that can be viewed by patients and staff from the multi-storied building. This is just one example of how we can enhance a space, support local artists, and create a meaningful impact.

After helping this firm select artwork for their Minnesota location, we recently helped them on their new Chicago office. The installation included original artwork, photography and prints. An artwork strategy that spans across multiple locations can help keep a consistent image for employees and clients alike!

Article: Managing Your Art Assets

Change is inevitable. The physical spaces of your businesses and organizations undergo renovations, re-stacks, and sometimes you move. Your art needs will inevitably change simultaneously. The Art Force SmartArt program provides services to assess your current art collection and make recommendations about refreshing, repurposing, recycling, donating, and/or selling your art assets. We can determine what art represents you and creates a positive impact in your interiors. Our work typically uncovers more value than you realize your art possessed! Please contact Leslie at 763 567-2205 or Lpr@artforce.org to discuss how Art Force may assess your art.
